Today, <\/span>LUYA<\/span>\u2019s PE class featured a\nspecial fencing experience led by Coach Liu Chi-Hung, gold medalist in the\nmen\u2019s \u00e9p\u00e9e team event at this year\u2019s National Games. Coach Liu not only\ndemonstrated professional techniques but also gave an engaging introduction to\nthe sport, helping students experience the unique balance of calmness and\ncourage that fencing requires.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

At the beginning of the class,\nCoach Liu explained the etiquette, and basic rules of fencing, emphasizing that\n\u201cfencing is not merely a contest of speed and strength, but also a duel of\nwisdom and composure.\u201d He then demonstrated proper stance, attack, and defense\ntechniques, guiding students through footwork drills and allowing them to\nexperience the rhythm and strategy behind each movement.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

Under Coach Liu\u2019s guidance,\nstudents learned fundamental fencing skills while developing focus,\nself-control, and confidence. The class atmosphere was lively and enthusiastic,\nwith many students expressing that it was a rare and exciting experience unlike\nany other PE class.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

Through this activity, LUYA\nstudents not only discovered the elegance and power of fencing but also gained\na deeper appreciation for sportsmanship, respect, and perseverance.
