The school was honored to invite Professor Louis J. Ignarro, recipient of the 1998 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, to deliver a special lecture to the students.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Professor Ignarro began his talk by sharing his family background and his childhood curiosity about the world. He encouraged students to make full use of the resources and opportunities provided by the school to discover their interests. Once students find what they are passionate about, they can delve deeper into it\u2014what starts as curiosity could eventually become a professional pursuit. He emphasized the importance of always considering new possibilities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Acknowledging that achievements can rise and fall, Professor Ignarro urged students not to lose confidence. He explained that scientific research often involves testing hypotheses, and while it can be disappointing to find that a hypothesis is incorrect, it is also a success\u2014because finding the answer
